The project at Portscatho included demolition of an existing garage and utility area and was then replaced by a two storey extension.
Included within the extension was a large kitchen dining area, 3 new bedrooms with 2 incorporating on-suite’s.
The project also included new aluminium windows and doors and a new larger porch to the side of the property along with refurbishment of the existing property.
“I had an old style bathroom with the toilet in a separate room and wanted them to be one so got Marc & Miles round to do it. They took down the wall and the ceiling then rebuilt the room with a new ceiling. I had a new toilet, bath and sink fitted with a shower screen too. They did all the actual fitting and even helped me design it. The room had an off shape off to the side so they suggested turning the toilet sideways and fitting it in the space and it was a great idea, it fits perfectly. All the plastering and tiling was done to a very high standard too. I wouldn’t hesitate to get them back for more work and have already recommended them to a few people.”

We talked through what we wanted then after stripping back the walls realised that the plaster was in awful condition so would need skimming and he was happy to do this too. They take great care in there work and even the bits of plaster that would be hidden were finished very well.
