How much do new builds cost in Cornwall?

I can't put a fair price on a new build in Cornwall until I have seen the plot and talked through what you want built on it. Any figure before then would only be a guess, and you can't plan a build around a guess.

To quote properly, I need two things from you. The first is a walk round the plot together. The second is a clear idea, in your own words, of the home you want at the end. With both, I can price the actual work instead of guessing at it.

That work is what sets the price. A new build can take in masonry and stonework, carpentry and joinery, a kitchen and bathrooms. I do all of those, so one quote from me can cover the walls, the woodwork and the rooms inside. That makes the first useful step a visit, not a figure from a website.

I build across Cornwall, including Truro, Falmouth, Perranwell Station and Playing Place. If you have a plot and a picture of the home you want, see how I take on new builds and get in touch to arrange a visit. Here at Mitchell & Andrew Building Services, I would rather see your plot first and give you a price you can plan around.
