Do you handle the plumbing and electrics?
Yes, as part of the job. That work is done by plumbers and electricians we work with regularly, and we organise them so you only deal with us.
Can the toilet or shower be moved to a different spot?
Usually, yes. Moving fittings means new pipework and sometimes changes to the floor or walls, so it affects the price. Tell us what you have in mind and we will look at it when we visit.
Do you come and see the bathroom before quoting?
Yes. We visit to see the room first, so the price is based on what is actually there.
Can a new bathroom be done alongside other building work?
It can be a job on its own or part of an extension or wider renovation. Pricing everything together keeps all the work in one schedule.

A bathroom refit packs a lot of trades into a small room. We start by stripping out the old suite, tiles and boarding, then look at what is underneath: the floor, the walls and the pipework that has been hidden behind the old finishes.

Our own team handles the building side, from moving a stud wall or boarding out to laying a new floor and making good. Plumbing and electrics are carried out by the subcontractors we use on all our projects, and we book them in so the job keeps moving instead of stopping between trades. Tiling, fitting the new suite and the finishing details come last.

The price depends mainly on whether the layout stays the same, the condition of the floor and walls once the old bathroom is out, and the tiles and fittings you choose. Swapping a bath for a walk-in shower, or moving the toilet, means extra pipework and building work.
