We carry out full renovations and refurbishments across Cornwall, including character and period homes. Some jobs bring one floor up to date. Others strip a house back to its shell, with walls moved, rooms given a new use and the inside rebuilt. Because we run the whole job in-house, one team looks after the structural work, carpentry, plastering and finishing, and we schedule the roofing, plumbing and electrical subcontractors around it. On older Cornish properties that means working with the existing stone walls, slate roofs and old timbers rather than against them. Sue Bradbury had her outbuildings converted into a three-bedroom cottage that she now lets as a holiday home, finished on time and to budget. Scope is the biggest factor in the price: how many rooms are involved, whether walls are being removed or moved, the condition of what is behind the plaster, and the finish you want. Older properties often hold surprises once work starts, so we look closely when we visit and explain what the quote allows for. For a quote, tell us the address, roughly how old the property is, which rooms you want to change and what you want them to do afterwards. Drawings, if you have them, help us price any structural changes. If the work includes a kitchen, bathroom or new joinery, mention it so the whole job can be priced together.
