The same team that builds our new homes carries out the repair, so it is done to the same standard. Repairs we can help with include rotten or damaged timber and joinery, cracked or damaged walls and render, leaks where water is getting into the building, and making good after other work. Where a repair needs a roofer, plumber or electrician, we bring in the subcontractors we use on our larger projects. This suits homeowners, landlords and owners of holiday lets who want a reliable local builder to call on when something needs fixing properly. A repair is priced on what we find. Seeing the problem lets us tell you whether it is a quick fix or a sign of something bigger, such as a leak that has damaged timbers behind the finish.
